Problem

Many leaders and managers rise through the ranks based on job and technical skills, and they wing it based on limited tools and skills. Many are not equipped to lead effectively.

Leadership Development Model

This Dr. Rader Leadership Development Model and Program is designed to align developmental needs with your strategic direction (Mission, Values, and Priorities) through group workshops that include assessing gaps with behavioral and leadership assessments to create dynamic action plans to heighten growth.  Group sessions will provide development and training through leadership best practices.  Participants will practice new skills during and between sessions and receive coaching and feedback to enable continued adjustments over time.

Purpose

To gain personal and professional awareness of leadership strengths and developmental areas; to develop action plans to increase growth and leadership effectiveness that improves influence, productive relationships, group dynamics, communication, engagement, collaboration, coaching, feedback, understanding blind spots, diversity, and change management; and to develop a set of leadership covenants and actions.

Group Sessions

  • 6-10 Group Sessions (leaders are assigned to learning teams)

    • 3-5 Months (minimum of 3 months)

    • 2.25 hours per session (twice a month per learning team)

Packages can be customized

  • Offered in a retreat setting

  • Offered as a three-day leadership boot camp

  • Offered as individualized half-day workshops or once a month
